We want the Full Glow-Up Report to be genuinely useful. If it is not, you get your money back. No questions asked, no forms to fill.
14-day money-back guarantee
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying the report or the Duo, for any reason. You do not need to explain why, although we always appreciate hearing what we could do better.
How to get a refund
- From your report: open your report and use the refund button. The refund is issued right away, by yourself, with no need to contact us.
- By email: write to hello@myglowup.ai with the email address you used at checkout or your report link. We handle refund emails within 2 business days.
When you will see the money
Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, through Stripe, for the full amount you paid, in the same currency, taxes included. Depending on your bank, it usually shows up within 5 to 10 business days.
What happens to the report
After a refund, the report closes and your free result stays available. For a Duo, a gift code that has not been used yet is cancelled. Either way, you can delete your photo and everything made from it at any time with one click, or by emailing us.
No subscription, no surprises
The report is a one-off purchase of $19 (or €19, £19 or CHF 19 depending on your country), and the Duo is $29 (or €29, £29 or CHF 29), taxes included. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal and no hidden fee. We will never charge you again for the same report.
After 14 days
If something went wrong with your report after the 14 days, for example a technical problem, email us anyway. We look at every case and we will make it right. This policy does not limit any rights you have under consumer law.
